American singer-songwriter and hitmaker behind a lot of 2016’s pop hits, the one and only Julia Michaels is ready to start her own musical journey after signing a big deal with Republic Records.
The first and her proper major debut single is called “Issues” and it was released on digital retailers and streaming services on January 13th.
The track was written by herself and produced by Benny Blanco and Stargate. It was written by Julia herself along Benjamin Levin, Tor Erik Hermansen, Mikkel Storleer Eriksen and her usual collaborator Justin Tranter.
The official music video was finally premiered through Vevo on March 8th. A proper acoustic version of the single was launched on March 24th. A lyric video to support it was premiered on May 18th and it was directed by Pedro Chaves.
