American singer-songwriter and global pop star Katy Perry continues with the promotion of her fourth studio album, which is expected to be released sometime this year via Capitol Records.
The next official single is called “Bon Appétit” and it includes the guest collaboration of American hip-hop trio Migos, and it was released on Friday, April 28th.
It serves as the follow-up to Skip Marley-assisted anthem “Chained to the Rhythm”, launched back in February. The singer is performing this new song and the previous single during Saturday Night Live on May 20th.
The song was written by Katy Perry along Max Martin, Kirsnick Ball, Quavious Marshall, Oscar Holter, Shellback, Kiari Cephus and Ferras Alqaisi. The production is signed by Holter, Shellback and Max Martin.
The official music video, which was directed by Dent De Cuir, was finally premiered through Vevo on Friday, May 12th. Special remixes made by 3LAU and another by Martin Jensen were released on May 19th.
