Former One Direction star Liam Payne is ready to start his own musical journey with the upcoming release of his first solo album, which is expected to be released later this year
The singer and current boyfriend of Cheryl has signed a solo deal with Capitol UK’s Nick Raphael and Jo Charrington, and he becomes the first One Direction member who has been signed outside Sony Entertainment group.
Apparently, the lead single from the project is expected to be launched in June. (Source) The singer has been teasing new music on his Instagram and something related with German producer Zedd. He has also worked with hitmakers Ryan Tedder and production duo Stargate.
The lead single “Strip That Down”, which was released on May 19th included the guest collaboration of American hip-hop group Migos.
