A classic re-worked with a lot of new voices is not always a good thing but this time, Alejandro Sanz’s anthem “Y, ¿Si fuera ella?” (English: And, If it were she?), originally released back in 1997 and included on his smash album “Más” has a new version and it’s really good.
The song has been recorded by Pablo Alborán, David Bisbal, Antonio Carmona, Manuel Carrasco, Jesse & Joy, Juanes, Pablo López, Malú, Vanesa Martín, India Martínez, Antonio Orozco, Niña Pastori, Laura Pausini, Abel Pintos, Rozalén, Shakira and Tommy Torres.
The song serves to promote Sanz’s upcoming concert “Más es más” (+ ES +) to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the single’s release. This new version was launched on digital retailers and streaming services on May 19th.
